About Zentrix Support

Zentrix Support was founded to provide small businesses with reliable, security-focused IT support without the confusion, inconsistent service, or unnecessary complexity that often comes with outsourced IT.

We believe small businesses deserve the same care, structure, and protection as larger organizations—delivered in a way that is practical, responsive, and easy to understand.

Why Zentrix Support exists

Too many small businesses are left choosing between reactive break-fix help and oversized IT providers that do not fit their needs.

Zentrix Support was built to offer a better option: managed IT services that are proactive, clearly scoped, security-conscious, and aligned with the realities of small-business operations.

We focus on helping clients reduce downtime, improve day-to-day support, and build a more stable technology foundation over time.

How we approach IT support

We believe IT should be:

  • dependable when your team needs help

  • proactive instead of purely reactive

  • clearly communicated without unnecessary jargon

  • aligned with business needs, not just technical checklists

  • structured around sensible security standards

That means fewer surprises, fewer recurring issues, and a more predictable support experience.

Who we work best with

Zentrix Support is a strong fit for:

  • small businesses that rely on technology every day

  • growing teams that need more structure and consistency

  • organizations that want better security and support without enterprise overhead

  • business owners who want a trusted IT partner, not just someone to call when things break

If your business depends on reliable devices, user support, secure systems, and minimal downtime, we are built for that environment.

Meet The Founder

Zentrix Support is led by William Turner Bennett, an IT professional focused on helping small businesses build more secure, stable, and manageable technology environments.

After seeing how often smaller organizations were underserved, overcomplicated, or left reacting to avoidable IT problems, Turner started Zentrix Support to provide a better experience—one built on responsiveness, clarity, and practical long-term support.

Experience with: Microsoft 365, endpoint support, patch management, active-directory, network design and implementation, backups, security controls, vendor coordination, printing infrastructure, telephony, and small-business IT operations.
